Special for International Women's Day: Power Flower

On March 8, International Women's Day, participants first explore Souvenirs of the Future through an online guided tour to stimulate their imagination, and then embark on a journey that includes social awareness. Following the exhibition, they embark on a journey that includes social awareness. For this workshop, participants are encouraged to reflect on social identity, power, privilege, and oppression using "power flower" templates prepared for this workshop. Colorful markers and flower templates are used to visualize various fundamental aspects of identity and power.

About İris Bilen
İris Bilen graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Language History and Geography, Theater Department in 2010 and has built her career around teaching and leveraging theater for educational benefits. Since 2012, she has integrated her conservatory training with certifications in "Gender Studies," "Communication Techniques," "Conflict Resolution," and "Presentation Techniques" to provide awareness training to individuals from various professions. Through creative drama and theater methods, she offers modules to help people improve themselves in their professional lives. Starting in 2017, she began working as a "Social Cohesion Expert and Drama Instructor" on a United Nations project with the Human Resource Development Foundation (HRDF), providing training in various municipalities, NGOs, and institutions.
