  • July 30, 2024 / 13:30

The durable clay tablets are like a time travel machine, sending the reader back thousands of years and allowing them to witness the curiosity and efforts of someone who lived many years ago. In the workshop, children traveling back in time are inspired by the replica of a clay tablet found in Kültepe, which is featured in The Art of Weights and Measures. Designing a unique alphabet where they encode each letter with a symbol, the children write a note on the clay tablets they create with this alphabet as a souvenir of their day at the museum.

Capacity: 12 people
Duration: 90 minutes
Fee per workshop: 250 TL

The event will take place in the Pera Museum (face-to-face).
