In this dance and movement therapy-based workshop, children are inspired by Paula Rego's works in which she tells fairy-tale-like stories, including sections from her life. Children, who discover their own unique movements with creative movement techniques and improvised dance instructions, transfer the emerging movements on a large piece of paper and interpret the story they have come up with, consisting of lines, symbols and colors. The workshop invites children to reveal their stories through their unique bodily expressions.

The exhibition Look at Me! Portraits and Other Fictions from the ”la Caixa” Contemporary Art Collection examines portraiture, one of the oldest artistic genres, through a significant number of works of our times. Knowledge of plants and the practice of healing are closely entwined. The toxic or hallucinogenic nature of some roots, and the dangers associated with picking them, conferred a mythical or magical character and power.
