Participants explore the Isabel Muñoz: A New Story exhibition through a guided 3D tour and draw inspiration from the artist's video work that reflects the electrical movements in her brain onto a human head figure located in Karahantepe and in another piece, fill a cavity in Karahantepe with water where we see reflections of moonlight. They learn how to combine the prehistoric world and technology and give prompts to artificial intelligence through several different interfaces to create their own videos.

Men were the first nudes in Turkish painting. The majority of these paintings were academic studies executed in oil paint; they were part of the education of artists that had finally attained the opportunity to work from the live model. The gender of the models constituted an obstacle in the way of characterizing these paintings as ‘nudes’.
Pera Museum, in collaboration with Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV), is one of the main venues for this year’s 15th Istanbul Biennial from 16 September to 12 November 2017. Through the biennial, we will be sharing detailed information about the artists and the artworks.
