Pera Museum's Turkish Music Concerts series continues with a program called “From Mode to Mode”. Programmed by consultant Prof. Dr. Alâeddin Yavaşca and coordinated by Sinan Sipahi, the Turkish Music Concerts highlight great composers and their works, underlining the different periods of Turkish music from the historical, cultural, traditional, sociological, anthropological, philosophical, and literary aspects.

He was born on April 18, 1935 in the province of Puntarenas, Costa Rica. His family migrated to the capital, San José, where in 1952 he earned a bachelor’s degree from the Lyceum of Costa Rica.
The exhibition Look at Me! Portraits and Other Fictions from the ”la Caixa” Contemporary Art Collection examines portraiture, one of the oldest artistic genres, through a significant number of works of our times. Through the exhibition we will be sharing about the artists and sections in “Look At Me!”.
Is Istanbul a single city? Will Istanbul too, be one day one day divided into different sections, and numbered like the arrondisements of Paris? These are tough questions indeed!
