Party
December 21, 2018 / 19.30
Pera Museum invites you all to its traditional early new year’s party on the 21st of December, Friday!
Our celebration kicks off with Özgür Kaktüs’s dance experience; a sweet and harmonious line-up of deep house, electronic-dance, minimal/deep tech, indie dance, tech house and related tracks. Afterwards, DJ Kozmik Koko Bumbum’s (a.k.a. Müge Turan) set carries an extraordinary selection of dance tunes, turning the Museum into an interstellar disco with Mambo, cha-cha, Istanbul twist and other associated exotic gems
In addition, all exhibits in the Museum will be open to visit for the duration of the party!
Pera Museum can be visited for free between 18:00-22:30.

Pera Museum, in collaboration with Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV), is one of the main venues for this year’s 15th Istanbul Biennial from 16 September to 12 November 2017. Through the biennial, we will be sharing detailed information about the artists and the artworks.
The Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation’s Orientalist Painting Collection includes two children’s portraits that are often featured in exhibitions on the second floor of the Pera Museum. These portraits both date back to the early 20th century, and were made four years apart. One depicts Prince Abdürrahim Efendi, son of Sultan Abdulhamid II, while the figure portrayed on the other is Nazlı, the daughter of Osman Hamdi Bey.
