Visual Poetry in Intersecting Worlds
Artist Workshop: Berkay Tuncay
The workshop focuses on producing linguistic arrangements based on the wording in Pera Museum’s exhibition catalog for Intersecting Worlds. Artist Berkay Tuncay explains historical development of Visual Poetry, presents some examples, and describes the link between the productions in this workshop and the collection, and eventually creates a free playground for the participants to form their own links between text and image. This enables the participants to free their minds from all conventional rules, and create unstructured verbal collages based on their own free associations.
