Realized in collaboration with the Pera Museum and the British Council, the exhibition includes the work of outstanding and iconic contemporary artist Grayson Perry’s (b. 1960) largest single body of work The Vanity of Small Differences, alongside his ceramics, tapestries, and prints. The exhibition focuses on Perry’s interest in the everyday and the different lifestyles of members of society. The artist’s works, rich in both content and colour, feature autobiographical references as well as map contemporary British society and its wider social issues.

Exhibition catalogue presents Perry’s works after winning the Turner Prize in 2003, focusing to his main areas of interests such as issues of religion, sex, politics, class, identity, and modern concerns, and it also includes the essay of the exhibition curator, Linsey Young on the artist’s career as well as Grayson Perry’s interview specially realized for this show by the art critic Jacky Klein.
